1984, Updated George Orwell’s classic novel 1984 edited and censored in such a way that everything negative; all the dystopia, all the social critique, harsh or gloomy weather, bad smells etc. has been cut out. Due to the nature of the original book, what remains is a series of descriptions of environments and a romance. In George Orwell’s novel a totalitarian state is controlling every instant of the life of its citizens, to the extent of effecting thought patterns and language, ensuring that it is not even possible to think negative thoughts.
